1. Introduction​

This guide provides a comprehensive overview of how to connect your cTrader account with Level2 and begin trading. If cTrader is your chosen broker, follow these steps to ensure a seamless integration and trading experience.

2. Broker Connection​

2.1. Signing Up on cTrader​

In order to connect to cTrader, Level2 requires you to first login to the cTrader portal and have your cTrader terminal opened. We assume that you already have your cTrader credentials with you at this point.

2.2. Granting Level2 access to connect to your cTrader account​

Once logged in, please visit: https://hub2.trylevel2.com/ctrader_access and grant trading and account access to the Level2 application.

Note: If you are logged into multiple cTrader accounts then you need to allow access to only one (your preferred) account. Allowing access to multiple accounts at once will not work.

2.3. Connecting cTrader with Level2​

After allowing access to the app, you will see an access token. Copy this token and go back to Level2 paste it in the token box as shown.

When you click on Connect, Level2 will try to establish a secure connection and fetch your mapped cTrader account. Please review the account details and then click on Add/Continue.

  • Successful Connection: If the credentials you provided are correct, you will be successfully connected, and you can proceed with your trading activities.
  • Connection Error: If there is an issue with the provided details, an error message will be displayed on Level2, indicating a failed connection. Please double-check your credentials and try again.
